The Head of Administration and the Chief Accounting Officer of the Ogun State Judiciary is the Chief Registrar, Mr. O. S. Oloyede, MNIM. He is ably assisted by Mrs. O. A. Ayobolu, the Deputy Chief Registrar (Legal I), Mrs. O. O. Stanley, the Deputy Chief Registrar (Special Duties), Mr. A.O. Araba,  the Deputy Chief Registrar (Legal II & Director, OMDC) and Mrs. O.A. Sofowora, the Acting Deputy Chief Registrar (Admin).

The Chief Registrar and his team are being supported by the Heads of the following Departments: Admin/Supplies, Establishment, Accounts, Internal Audit/Budget Section, Library, Protocol, Records & Statistics, Information Unit, ICT Unit, Maintenance, Confidential Registry/Pension, Criminal Justice Fast Track Clinic,  Store Section, Multi-Door Courthouse and Probate.
