Drawn from the Seven Point Agenda of the Honourable the Chief Judge of Ogun State Hon. Justice M. A. Dipeolu FICMC. aimed towards a digitalized Judiciary and holistic welfare of all members of staff. The Education Board of the center was inaugurated on the 27th of September 2021 and they comprised of seasoned adjudicators and academia.

The center is opened to anyone interested in acquiring knowledge in areas of
Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, Store keeping and
Supply, Farm Management, Business Management and a list of other courses.
