Ogun State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has called for support of the State Judiciary arm of government led by Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu to work harmoniously towards curbing security challenges in the state.
The Command boss, Commandant, Niyi Ajibola who was just deployed to the State made this call during his visit to the Ogun State Chief Judge in her office at the State Judiciary Complex, Abeokuta.
Ajibola applauded the Chief Judge for the efforts made to dispense justice at all costs, noting that the essence of the visit is to expand collaboration among the two organisations on the cases related to violation of laws.
Highlighting the activities of the corps, the corps boss said, protection of lives and properties especially government owned properties, such as pipelines, telecommunication and buildings, crisis resolution, security related cases among others are major duties of the organisation, which remains pertinent in security parlance.
Responding, the Hon. Chief Judge of Ogun State, Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu appreciated the command for rising up to show need for collaboration among the two Institutions, assuring the command of robust relationship in order to curb the menace of security challenges in the State.
